Welcome to Funnel Pro! By signing up for and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Setup and Access

Accounts will be granted access within 24 hours of registration.

1.2. Trial Phase:

Funnel Pro is currently in the trial phase. Features and services may be subject to change or improvement without prior notice.

1.3. Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Use of Services

2.1. Permitted Use:

Funnel Pro is intended for personal or business use to build and manage marketing funnels.

2.2. Prohibited Use:

Users may not use Funnel Pro for unlawful purposes, spamming, or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

2.3. Ownership of Content:

All content created by sub-account users within Funnel Pro is solely owned by the respective users. Funnel Pro retains no ownership or rights over user-generated content.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1. Subscription Plans:

Funnel Pro does not offer monthly subscription plans. All subscriptions are for 6-month periods.

3.2. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be provided for 6-month subscription plans once payment has been processed.

3.3. Payment Obligations:

Users are responsible for ensuring timely payments to maintain access to their accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Funnel Pro’s tools, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Funnel Pro. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these resources for their intended purposes.

4.2. User-generated content remains the sole property of the user. Funnel Pro does not claim ownership of any content created using the platform.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Funnel Pro collects and processes user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Funnel Pro, you consent to this data collection.

5.2. Funnel Pro will take reasonable measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. Funnel Pro is provided "as is" during the trial phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

6.2. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use Funnel Pro.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Funnel Pro’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Funnel Pro be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Feedback and Improvements

8.1. As part of the trial phase, your feedback is invaluable. By providing feedback, you grant Funnel Pro permission to use it to improve the platform.

9. Termination

9.1. Funnel Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. Funnel Pro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
